Crossing the Threshold:

An Embodied Preparation Workshop for Expecting Families

Sunday, March 15 from 10am-4pm in Sebastopol, CA

Join Adi & Ophir for an in-depth, embodied day-long workshop for expecting parents. This workshop blends together birth education, somatic relational work for couples, time for reflection, a threshold‑crossing ritual, and a chance to build community. Together, we will engage in exercises to strength the unity and connection between couples in preparing for the miracle of bringing life into the world, have time together as a group as well as separate circles for birthing parents and supporting partners, and participate in a ritual that honors & marks this immense transition. This workshop is for anyone currently expecting a baby, whether it’s your first or fourth!

Your Facilitators:

Adi is a birth & postpartum doula and Ophir is a somatic practitioner & men’s work facilitator. Together, they have a 3. 5 year old son and are expecting their second child this July. We hope you will join us!
